Breaking away from his banking job, Andres decided to venture into the entrepreneurial world. Already having an affinity for gins, the natural direction was to create his own gin. Through much research on the subject from distilling techniques to the nature of different botanicals, a recipe was born. Further refining this recipe through many trials and often some errors, Seefelder Gin N° 8 was born. Gin is a spirit that reflects the taste of the creator through the botanicals that are captured in it. Therefore, Seefelder Gin with its heavy citrus notes and sharp finish reflects its creator. It is meant to be enjoyed and shared with friends and family.
